Grunge Gives the Double Deuce

Psshhhh!!!! The Double Deuce!

Grunge tells us how he really feels, and Roxy... is simply bemused.

Okay, so these are obviously based on the AdamWarren versions of the characters, with my own little twist as well.

Incidentally, I've been kind of out-of-practice when it comes to drawing men. If you look at how they're drawn in my comics, they really don't have any detailed musculature at all. They're more like big, meaty blobs.

So I sat down and studied how a lot of other artists draw them. I also went out and bought a couple men's fitness magazines. And applying some of my new knowledge, I did this practice sketch of Grunge.

I've included a large, downloadable version of this picture, so that anyone who wants to color it can. Be warned though, this is not exactly a clean sketch, so it's a little tricky finding solid lines. Of course, you're free to provide your own, if you feel like "inking" it in Photoshop.
